Two additional irrefutable laws of leadership

I had a very nice experience with Virgilyo Souza, Michael W. Harnett, 
Tiago Gouvea and others being part of the group Incredible Minds, a 
seven week journey studying the book The 21 Irrefutable Laws of 
Leadership authored by John C. Maxwell. 

I have understood more deeply all the laws we have studied in the book. But also have noticed that there are not only 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership, but at least 23. 

The Law of Networking which can not be confused with the Law of Connection. 

And the Law of Suffering.  A leader must have experienced a lot of suffering and he/she will still suffer as a leader. Going through the furnace of 

suffering will test everything in order he/she become an effective and 
powerful leader.
