Clarification Note on the Impeachment of President Donald Trump. By Josimar Salum

President Donald Trump has been accused by a whistle-blower - the complainant, that the public does not know the identity - of having made a quid pro quo with the President of Ukraine to investigate former Vice President Joe Biden (Democrat) and his son Hunter, regarding his connection with a energy company in Ukraine, who until recently paid his son a monthly fortune, without him even having any understanding about the energy industry.

Quid pro quo is a favor or advantage granted or expected in return for something. That is, Trump would release military aid worth millions of dollars to Ukraine on the condition that President Zelensky would announce the investigation against Joe and Hunter Biden.

The transcripts of Trump's phone call with Zelensky which was accompanied by various authorities and certainly by the whistle-blower show nothing of what they accuse him of.

In the impeachment process led by Democrats Reps. Nancy Pelosi, Adam Schiff and Jerry Nadler, Republicans were not allowed to present their witnesses, asking questions to witnesses called by Democrats, in the end, the result was a fraudulent process from the outset, as reported by mainstream media. I followed the process step by step. Even the rules they created and the access they gave Republican representatives were a shame. And in the end, the two articles of impeachment (formal charge) brought for by the Democrats neither cited this alleged bribe nor other charges were made because they had and have no evidence.

The truth is that Democrats were disgusted with the defeat of Hillary Clinton in 2016 (a crushing victory at the Electoral College) and promised to impeach President Trump soon after the elections. They invented that he would have conspired with Russia to interfere with the elections (Robert Müller in his investigations presented nothing that could incriminate the President) and a series of almost daily attacks with the support and participation of FBI agents. All this was proven false after profound investigation.

Trump has been fighting against the Deep State, this entrenched state bureaucracy, corrupt from the outset, who from fear of losing their privileges fight against his Administration internally. The truth is that there is no evidence of corruption in the Trump Administration in regards to embezzlement or the like, but only accusations that insistently attempt to remove him from the presidency.

Yesterday, 12/18/2019, President Trump was impeached in the House of Representatives with the votes of the Democrats - except for three and no votes from the Republicans. What would be a bipartisan action has become a frustrated and desperate Democratic action, as it has been since the beginning of the President's term. The huge upheaval is that the Trump government has undone thousands of regulations and destroyed the "socialist" achievements of the Democrats during the Obama administration and previous administrations. Trump established a new conservative culture in the country, with constitutional principles in favor of life, family values, individual freedoms and the sovereign value of the words "We, the People" in the preamble of the Constitution. And remarkably Trump has moved the US Embassy in Israel to Jerusalem. 

President Trump will now be tried by the Senate under the leadership of Judge John Roberts, President of the Supreme Court. It takes 2/3 of the votes for him to be convicted by the Senate and lose his term.

Nancy Pelosi, the Speaker of the House has even announced that she will hold the impeachment articles sent to the Senate in a theatrical action like all that has come before. We will see in the coming hours and days what this will take. She thinks it might interfere with Senate sovereignty.

In the Senate, the chances of President Donald Trump losing his term are zero!

Trump will continue to make the best government in US history ensuring unprecedented prosperity, the lowest unemployment rates in US history for all segments, including African Americans, Hispanics, Brazilians, women, Asians, etc.

Trump's administration is the most pro-life government in recent history, the best for the military and veterans, the one that has placed the most constitutional judges in the federal courts, the president who the most fights religious persecution in the world, and hundreds and hundreds of accomplishments that go beyond anything I myself could expect when I listed seven things I expected from his presidency way back on his campaign. And the wall is being built and crime rates are falling as well. And the greatest migration reform that this country has ever seen is on its way! With a Republican Congress, Trump will be able to fulfill his immigration plan to solve the lives of more than 25 million undocumented immigrants living in the country.

The president's list of achievements is gigantic, the longest ever seen in the entire history of the country.

If God gives you life to witness what is to come, Trump will not only be acquitted by the Senate, but will be reelected President of the United States in 2020 and Republicans will be the majority in the House of Representatives as well as in the Senate.
