“THE UNDILUTED TRUTH ABOUT ‘CHRISTIANITY’” BY DONALD I. AND JOSIMAR SALUM

“THE UNDILUTED TRUTH ABOUT ‘CHRISTIANITY’” BY DONALD I. AND JOSIMAR SALUM

We are not Christians as defined by religion. We are disciples—followers of Christ.

What is called “Christianity” is not what Jesus taught.

It is not the true worship of God, even though many “Christians” claim to worship Him.

It is not believing in Jesus Christ according to the Scriptures, even though many profess His name.

It is not attending church services, even though millions gather weekly around religious traditions.

So, what is Christianity?

Christianity is a religious system—a human structure that often mimics the truth but does not embody it.

It can imitate the life of Christ, but it is not His life.

It can preach about righteousness, yet often lacks the manifestation of righteousness through the Spirit.

It promotes form without transformation.

It proclaims God while often lacking His presence.

True discipleship is not Christianity. It is the outworking of Christ’s life in us through the Holy Spirit.

It is the daily walk of Christ in us—not through religion, but through revelation, intimacy, and obedience to the Spirit of Christ.

The Word of God is not just heard or spoken—it is lived.

A disciple does not merely attend services—they manifest the Kingdom of God in every area of life.

We are not called to be religious “Christians” living by the flesh. We are called to be sons of God, walking by the Spirit, revealing Christ through love, obedience, holiness, and truth.

Religion cannot produce this. Only the Spirit can.

This is the Ekklesia—those who are called out of the world system, not to practice a religion about Christ (which He neither founded nor endorses), but to walk in union with Christ, in fellowship with those who are like Him.

What does it really mean to be followers of Jesus Christ only?

What does it really mean to be followers of Jesus Christ only?
Josimar Salum

*We are just followers of Jesus Christ. We follow his footsteps. And if he died, also we died. And if he was resurrected by the power of God, we will also be resurrected at the last day. And now we no longer live for ourselves, but for our God who gave us life when we live for others.*

Anything we do to God that does not bring benefit to someone it is not for Him. Singing, praising, worshiping is really in Spirit and in Truth if we are serving others. There is no worship if we don’t serve our brothers and sisters. Jesus only served all the time. His devotion to the Father was shown with His actions in serving people.

*We have no temple or altar, because we do not do animal sacrifices. We need not go to the temple or offer anything in any altar because Jesus Christ is the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world.*

Temples as houses of God are an abomination for the Gospel of Jesus. Because people used to go to the temple to find God, now God left the temple (the veil was torn apart) to find us everywhere.

God was made flesh (Jesus) and walked 33 years in Israel. And people kept going to the temple to find Him. They passed by Him every day, even when He visited the temple and they could not identify Him.

God did not leave the temple when the veil was torn apart, He left long time ago. The veil was split in two not for Him to come out, but that people could see that the Holy of Hollies was empty. Where is God if He is not in the Holy of Hollies anymore? God is sitting at the table with His disciples and brothers having fun, eating bread and drinking wine. His Church meets at best around a dining table.

Right after the day of crucifixion the priests went swiftly and sewed the veil. This is what Christianity has been doing; sewing and sewing again the veil that Jesus had torn apart.

*We do not offer more sacrifices on the altar, because our life is a sacrifice to God. We give ourselves over to our God as a living sacrifice, the true act of worship is to live for him. Everything we do, we do for the glory of our God. In fact it is not what we do or do not do it is the act of worship, but we ourselves, that is, our life itself, consequently, everything we do is an act of worship. We take care of people, those who are close; all that cross our path. This is worship.  *

We only live for God if we live for one another. There is nothing more abhorrent for God than songs, words and worships that are not backed up by life, by testimony. Matthews chapter 23 explains this very well.

*For the same reason also we do not have priests, because we do not need people to make sacrifices for us on an altar or in a temple, because our life is that it is the sacrifice, the altar is the Cross of Jesus and we are the temple. Alone, individually I am not the temple. Collectively we are the temple. And we are priests, but none of us are a religious authority. We have no one greatest among us, only Jesus Christ. Only Jesus is greater! He is alive among us right here, right now! And we have no holy men in our religion. There are holy men around the world, but NOT holy men of a religion. In fact, we do not have a religion.*

Evangelical pastors and catholic priests are simply priests. They are in front of the people to represent God. As they represent God before people, they usurp the place that belongs only to Jesus. In these terms, as they become mediators between men and God, because they are the ones that bless, pray, and God only speaks through them, they are above all people, they are Antichrists even without knowing.

*We do not have a sacred day. Sunday is not the the Day of the Lord, every day is the Lord's.  Our ancestors had a holy day: the Sabbath. But that was in the time when we needed to go to the temple to take animals so that our priests had to sacrifice them. Now that we surrender to our God as a living sacrifice, the true act of worship is to live for Him. And we live for Him while living for our neighbors in any day, any time.*

Once again, that is the Gospel. “This is how we know what love is: Jesus Christ laid down his life for us. And we ought to lay down our lives for our brothers and sisters.” I John 3:16

“Let us be clear: we do not have a religion! We are followers of Jesus, we are not Christians because Christianity is not the religion of Jesus Christ. Christianity is the religion of Constantine, the Roman emperor. Because it was Constantine who began reassembling all that Jesus Christ had dismounted. It was he who began to build temples dedicated to God, officiated a day of the week for worship, invented to worship God is something that is done in temples, appointed priests, and started this mess that we see today. “

All Christian denominations are merely forms of religion. Each of them has their own doctrines, creeds and practices. In the real sense of the words they are really sects and cults, which is to be apart from the main stream (Jesus only). Our brothers and sisters in Christ are part of that, it doesn’t mean they are lost, it means they are not fulfilling the true meaning of the Church and the Kingdom. Gathering apart from these systems doesn’t mean we are right ant they are wrong, we can all be wrong if we come under another cast of leaders and we do not follow these evident truths:

*Jesus taught that we do not need temples, altars, priests, sacrifices and holy days. Ah! He taught that He loved us as we love each other, serve each other, pray for each other, build each other up, comfort each other, support each other and embrace each other. We are not independent, neither we act independently, we depend on God and we are His body as we are individually members of one another. We are His sheep in His Church and we are His disciples in His Kingdom and thus never act independent of each other, we are never alone. Yes, Jesus taught that God is Spirit and they that worship him, must worship Him in Spirit and in Truth. Jesus Christ is God.*

Apostasy at large.

Josimar Salum

This is my honest opinion:

The bottom line on faithfully following Jesus Christ, the Son of God in our region and in the whole country is negatively expressed in the words of the following article authored by the Vineyard Pastor in Cambridge, MA, USA. They are dirty and infected words coming from the Harvard toilet. I find strange why preachers like to be unpleasant sewers instead of being truly Jesus seekers.
"So this might not be for you. While plenty of our congregants very much pursue their convictions on hot-button issues, many longtime churchgoers would regard our public non-posture as a scandalous refusal to “take a stand.”, he says.

I don't take a stand against anything. I like to stand by Jesus. He is still the Lord, True God and Only Savior.

I understand that taking a stand with Jesus is not taking a stand for Him, because He doesn't need that. It means taking a stand for the Truth, for Holiness, for Justice, for Love, etc.

I personally believe I do not have to follow a creed, to sign a Confession of Faith, to uphold a Nicene Creed type because all of those documents are simply the reduction of the Scriptures, a sample of preferential beliefs to try to uniform us, makes all the same and to try to unite us. Doctrine can't united us. As Jesus disciples we are already One in HIM; already if truly we are in Him.

A Confession of Faith is the reduction of God's Word. I dislike them all.

As I read the Gospel seriously I don't understand how someone can honestly say that a "all inclusive" position is the message of Jesus.

Let all sinners come as they are, the old Christian song invite them all. No, don't come to Jesus as you are. Definitely not! You leave your sins and your old life behind you, then you turn to the Lord.

"Seek the Lord while he may be found; call on him while he is near. Let the wicked forsake their ways and the unrighteous their thoughts. Let them turn to the Lord, and he will have mercy on them, and to our God, for he will freely pardon." (Isaiah 55:6, 7 NIV)

I find disgusting that we still have to discuss and comment such things. The plague of welcoming and affirming "trash-theology" is still infecting good people that are not willing to loose anything for the sake of the Lord. Why? Usually they have too much to loose if they choose to be faithfull to the Lord Jesus.

Instead they advocate: "Let us find common ground to start our reconciliation process! Let us see in what we can agree and we will leave our differences. Raise a white flag and let us march all together."

The common ground for Jesus is Holiness and Love. Love without Holiness is human excrement with Lysol.

"For Christ’s love compels us, because we are convinced that one died for all, and therefore all died.

And he died for all, that those who live should no longer live for themselves but for him who died for them and was raised again.

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here! All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation: that God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ, not counting people’s sins against them.

And he has committed to us the message of reconciliation. We are therefore Christ’s ambassadors, as though God were making his appeal through us.

We implore you on Christ’s behalf: Be reconciled to God. God made him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God. (2 Corinthians 5:14, 15, 17-21 NIV)"

I find distressful the fact that preachers like Dave Schmelzer, the lead pastor of the Vineyard Christian Fellowship of Greater Boston and the executive director of Blue Ocean Faith can send equally more people to hell like any Mormon preacher, just to give  an example.

I don't know if it is worth to try to persuade this kind of "sugar-made" preachers. They want to sail the blue calm ocean with no storms, no sharks and enjoy the cruise to nowhere.

Jesus didn't come to offer anything. Are you stupid enough to ignore that He died on the cross and He rose from the grave because He is the Way, the Truth and The Life?  That you can't have anything from Him if you do not repent, abandon completely your sinful life and follow HIM 100%, totally, completely while you claim His blood to purify you of all sins?

We are seeing respected pastors from all streams of Christianity: Baptists, Pentecostals, Presbyterians, Assemblies of God, etc signing documents to pursue common faith with Muslims, Buddhists, with Mitt Romney's Mormonism that was baptized as a Sound Doctrine cult by Billy Graham Association during the last Presidential Campaign, Romanism  full of grace and salvation by works, Rev. Moon's sect with his millionarie gifts to pastors everywhere, etc. I wish these reconciliation encounters should be jokes, but they are not.

Where are those 7000 who did not bow to the Baal of all religions? Should we get distressed if we are called radical, extremists, fundamentalists and haters? Jesus Christ was not playing when He demonstrated His Love dying on the Cross. Millions of Jesus disciples have died on history as martyrs because they refused to tolerate much less of what we see today of apostasy and abomination from those who were suppose to live and preach faithfully the Truth.

We are seeing a Joel Osteen type preachers generation arise that can pray at a Lesbian Mayor inauguration with the same enthusiasm they talk about love, joy, peace, everybody on board in our train to nirvana. Shame on them all! Don't call yourselves preachers of the Gospel of the Kingdom. Your gospel is anathema, cursed and inspired by doctrines of demons. You reject the Christian Doctrines to follow hell's doctrines.

"I am astonished that you are so quickly deserting the one who called you to live in the grace of Christ and are turning to a different gospel— which is really no gospel at all. Evidently some people are throwing you into confusion and are trying to pervert the gospel of Christ.

But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach a gospel other than the one we preached to you, let them be under God’s curse!

As we have already said, so now I say again: If anybody is preaching to you a gospel other than what you accepted, let them be under God’s curse!

Am I now trying to win the approval of human beings, or of God? Or am I trying to please people? If I were still trying to please people, I would not be a servant of Christ. (Galatians 1:6-10)"

Jesus Christ died on the cross because of our heterosexual, homosexual immoral and abominable sins, our disgraceful hearts full of hate, love of money, envy, you name it, each and all sins that make all of us fall short from the Glory of the Loving Father, Creator of all and everything. Until God makes us Righteous, Holy and gives us the power to become His Sons, like Jesus, we are lost, desperate and condemned as never before.

It is disgraceful to watch preachers who started well, but for any reason are now ingurgitating the apostasy spread from hell to this religious poisonous breed of Christianity.

Lord Jesus, have mercy on me!

"I don't believe in a Trinity. I believe in ONE GOD: the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit."

Edited. Words in negrito were not part of the original text.

We use words today that don’t carry God's meanings. By "meaning" I mean what the Scriptures in its whole says about what a word really meant in that context in their time.

The Bible has its own vocabulary. God communicated His revelation with His words. By "His words" I mean, what is the meaning the Scriptures gives to every word in it.

Many of these words were pagan; they were not holy, like the word ecclesia. Pagan philosophers had used that word before. What I mean is, per example, Jesus used words that were not in the vocubulary of what we call "The Old Testament.

The word “apostle” is another word that is not mentioned in the Old Testament. It was a military word from the Roman Empire. Though there were apostles in the Old Testament, the word Jesus used was related to the Roman Empire use of the word.

What Jesus did? He used common words among people and gave His meaning to them.

Many of Biblical words are used today, but they don't have the same meaning when they were proclaimed by that prophet or written at their time. I meant what they meant for them, what was the message those words carried indeed when they were delivered. Due to etymplogical changes words used by Peter in the Scriputres and are translated today for its match in English may not carry the same meaning.

We have to rescue the meaning of these words according to their meaning in the Scriptures.

There are other words that don't communicate the message of the Kingdom. The name “Christian” and “Christianity” are two words that have nothing to do with what the Bible teaches and with what Jesus preached about the meaning of following Him.

Interesting that Paul never used the word Christian. I mean, the only time the word Christian appeas in Scripture with the meaning that was intended to be used in the Scriptures was used by Peter.

“Christian” according to the Holy Spirit in Peter means the one who suffer with Christ.
Christian means to suffer and die for Christ. Do you still want to be one?

”Dear friends, do not besurprised at the fiery ordeal that has come on you to test you, as thoughsomething strange were happening to you.

But rejoice inasmuchas you participate in the sufferings of Christ, so that you may beoverjoyed when his glory is revealed.

If you are insulted becauseof the name of Christ, you are blessed, for the Spirit of glory andof God rests on you.

If you suffer, it should not be as a murderer or thief or any other kind ofcriminal, or even as a meddler.

However, if you suffer as aChristian, do not be ashamed, but praise God that you bear that name.

For it is time for judgmentto begin with God’s household; and if it begins with us, what will theoutcome be for those who do not obey the gospel of God?

And, “If it is hard for therighteous to be saved, what will become of the ungodly and the sinner?”

So then, those who suffer according to God’swill should commit themselves to their faithful Creator and continue to dogood.”  (1 Peter 4:12-19)

Today to be a “Christian” means we are Christ like, little christs or we are followers of Christ. Christ like has  a expression for it. It means are like Him and will be fully like Him.(I John 3)

To be a disciple of Christ is to be follower of Christ and has nothing to do in the Scriptures with the word “Christian”.

Christianity is simple a term for a religion. Christianity in these terms has nothing to do with Christ Jesus. He has not found any religion like Buda (Buddhism), Mohamed (Islamism),Confusion (Confucianism) and a large number of others.

Go to any dictionary you will find exactly what Christianism means. Christianity is not a God's word, what I mean is, it is not ever mentioned in the Scriptures. It is a man made word in the sense that has no meaning according to the Scriptures, today It intends to apply in a good sense as referring to Christ, but also involves and refers to all "Christianism" groups and people: Jehovah Witnesses, Mormons, Roman Catholics, Baptists, Menonites, and all preachers like Joel Osteen, Rick Warren, Calvin, Martin Luther, Joseph Smith, Jim Jones, etc

If we want a revolution which is not also a word you find in the Scriptures we may “sanctify” the word to mean what it really means, but only applying to the Kingdom of God purpose:

We are overthrowing the powers of darkness and the powers of men with the Power of the Kingdom. The Power of the Kingdom is His King, Jesus; The Holy Spirit; God the Father.

Revolution means the overthrow of one government and its replacement with another.

"The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of his Messiah, and he will reign for ever and ever." (Revelation 11:15)

We can by now talk about the meaning of the word Trinity, which it doesn't occur in the Scriptures like the word revolution.

Trinity means or the Christian doctrine of the Trinity defines God as three divine persons or hypostases (hypostases), the Father, the Son (Jesus Christ), and the Holy Spirit; "one God in three persons". The three persons are distinct, yet are one "substance, essence or nature". A nature is what one is, while a person is who one is

For me they are not three in one.The Father, the Son and The Holy Spirit are ONE.

You can't separate God like the word Trinity does in three persons.

I don’t use the word Trinity. I don't believe in "Trinity". I believe the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. I believe in ONE GOD.

The Father is the Son, the Son is the Father, the Holy Spirit is the Son, the Holy Spirit is the Father, etc. What I mean is the Son though He is the Son He is God like the Father is. The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of Christ and can't be separeted distinctively of Christ if He was a total separeted person not being one with Christ.  If the Father, the Son and the Spirit are One they can't be three.

Who died on the Cross, the Son, the Holy Spirit or the Father?

Look what Acts 20:28 says: “Therefore take heed to yourselves and to all theflock, among which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers, to shepherd the church of God which He purchased with His ownblood. God purchased the Church with His blood”

Does God have blood? Of course He has. God was made flesh and flesh (God made man) has blood. However traditional Theology by its systematic nature says God has blood as being man. Jesus has a human nature and a divinge nature. The human nature had blood, not the divine nature.

Does the Son, the Fathe ror the Spirit have blood?

GOD IS THE ONLY ONE GOD:

“Hear,O Israel: The Lord our God is one Lord.” Deuteronomy 6:4. The literal translation is THE LORD OUR GOD IS ONE.

Who is the Lord, the Son, the Father or the Holy Spirit? God, the Only One God.

Theology has divided God in three.

"I don't believe in a Trinity. I believe in ONE GOD: the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit."

Who is God? The Father is God, the Son is God and the Holy Spirit is God. Though the Scriptures show each of Them distinctively. God is God. And the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit are not the manifestation of the One God.

It is not all of them are God. It is not all! We must just repeat what the Word says. They are not all. The Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit “is” One. It is so simple!

Are they three persons or one person? One person: that is it! Because God is One.

But they may accuse ME of being a Unitarian which is not accurate, if I just affirmed what I just shared.

I believe the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. I believe in One God, the ONLY ONE GOD. They are not three Gods; they are ONE GOD, ONE PERSON.
