True worship happens when you work in all areas of life with joy and contentment; when you do things for the Lord Jesus and not for men!
To worship is to serve people. One does not serve God if he does not serve people. True worship of God is not singing in a church, but serving people anywhere. For the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.
The Ministry of the Word is the ministry of obedience, of works, of service to others. It is not the one who cries out, 'Lord, Lord', but the one who does the Father's Will.
It's feeding Jesus, quenching Jesus' thirst, hosting Jesus, dressing Jesus, visiting Jesus, seeing Jesus when he's in prison.
In fact, it has nothing to do with Jesus, but with the one who is hungry, thirsty, a foreigner, sick and in prison. If we don't serve these people, we don't serve Jesus.
This discourse of serving and worshiping God in the Church does not match what He wants. Our songs and praises only serve God if accompanied by a life of service. Without this, we are just religious zealots.
Worship in word and not in deed is entertainment, we feel good about it, and God loves to see His children happy. But real worship is a daily life at the foot of the cross, at all times, doing everything as if it were for Jesus and serving at all times according to our ability. No heavy burden. No guilt. With pure joy.
